Happy Bloomsday!

And not just any Bloomsday—this is the centenary. Toast a glass of Burgundy, eat a Gorgonzola sandwich or munch "with relish the inner organs of beasts and fowls".

If you're in my neighborhood, you can see Ulysses read at Symphony Space by such luminaries as Frank and Malachy McCourt (the latter replendent in red dress and boa).

Listen to the festivities starting at 7pm, on WBAI.

Read the whole book online.
